About Courtney Aitken

Courtney Aitken grew up in rural Chesapeake and later moved to Moyock as an adult, allowing her to work in the communities she knows with the people she loves. Her philosophy in real estate is rooted in patience, service, and honesty. In every situation, Courtney prioritizes her clients above all else, a commitment that has built a loyal network of happy clients and enthusiastic referrals.

In her free time, Courtney enjoys binging reality TV, spending time at the beach, and connecting with friends both new and old. She also loves cheering on East Carolina University, where her son is enrolled, at football and basketball games. Passionate about giving back, she supports local teachers and sports leagues, and serves as an active board member for The Procreate Foundation, which helps families afford infertility treatments.
