Meet Chelsea
Hi! My name is Chelsea. I asked a few people to describe me in a few words, and they said, “Organized, Great Mom, Great Friend, Dedicated, Bossy, Old Soul, and Giving.” I am thankful for their honesty and kindness!
I am here to provide a safe and encouraging environment to help you buy your next home and work with you to accomplish your home ownership goals. With teamwork and communication, we will be a great team!
Before my career in Real Estate, I worked in all areas of business operations for a local Government Contractor to the Navy. My roles included Quality Assurance, Sales, Financial Management and planning, contract management & negotiations, and Electric Boat Submarine Program Management. I have negotiated multimillion-dollar contracts with the government, managed customer relationships, and built a portfolio detailing every part of a submarine.
I obtained my real estate license in 2019. Since then, I have helped over 65 families buy/sell - and counting! My motto is “GREAT WORK FOR GREAT PEOPLE”! There is nothing more fulfilling for me than to do a great job, educate my clients, and give exceptional service.
My husband and I also have multiple investment properties that we personally manage. We LOVE all things Real Estate! I love to see people invest in themselves and build their personal assets.
Of all the jobs I've done, being a Mom is my favorite. I have a wonderful, supportive husband and two young children- Jackson and Delaney. In my free time, we enjoy trips to our favorite beach town, Cape Charles. It's the best place to relax on the beach. We also love to explore new breweries and places to eat!
Attention to detail, planning, and honesty are how I run my real estate business! I get a little help from my iced coffee obsession (Thank you, Pale Horse, and Starbucks). I also spend time mentoring new real estate agents. You may see them during our time together!
