About Chelsea Axelrod

As a real estate professional, she creates a safe, supportive, and highly communicative environment to help clients confidently buy or sell their homes and achieve their homeownership goals. Before entering real estate, Chelsea built a diverse career in business operations, working with a local government contractor and the U.S. Navy. Her experience spans quality assurance, sales, financial planning, contract negotiations, and submarine program management, including negotiating multimillion-dollar government contracts and managing complex, detail-driven projects. Licensed in 2019, Chelsea has since helped more than 150 families buy and sell homes—and counting.

Her motto, “Great Work for Great People,” reflects her passion for exceptional service, client education, and delivering results she’s proud of. She also owns and manages multiple investment properties and enjoys helping clients invest in themselves and build long-term wealth through real estate. Chelsea brings extensive new construction experience, including operations, project management, and designing functional, beautiful spaces tailored to each family’s needs.

While her professional accomplishments are many, Chelsea considers being a wife and mom her greatest role. She loves spending time with her husband and two children, Jackson and Delaney—especially relaxing at the beach in Cape Charles or discovering new local shops and restaurants. Known for her attention to detail, honesty, and thoughtful planning, Chelsea runs her business with integrity and care. She also mentors new agents and strives to be a trusted, approachable resource for every client.
